It was a negative first time experience on back market . Everything would have been great, however the iPad came in slightly bent :(. Now I have to wait up to 5 days to get my refund I never planned to get. I just hope I will be able to get a refund early enough to buy the iPad Pro 12.9 inch fourth generation on the same website. Hopefully I don’t get disappointed again. The great thing, was the response team. Keep it up. :)
