1st time I've bought a reconditioned product and 1st time at Back Market: I was blown away! From the moment I opened it, I felt like it was brand new! So aesthetics 5 stars Also 5 stars for use, except perhaps for the battery which doesn't last more than a day and I don't have the "battery health" mode to check it. But overall delighted, I'm now thinking of buying all my reconditioned Apple products on this site. I've also taken out the extended warranty to be on the safe side...

Refurbished. Not a mark on it!! I got this for my husband of 83. He loves it because the whole page of his newspaper can show and be read. Why did I not get one for myself too? Nice piece of kit. I would definitely buy from you again.

iPad Pro is in top condition, apart from two scratches on the display, but without scratches it wouldn't be a refurbished device. The only thing that is not so great is the loose contact on the charger that was sent with it.

I already have an iPad but I wanted a bigger screen for sheet piano music. A new iPad Pro was out of the question for this one particular job so a refurbished one was the answer.

Can't fault the referb at all! It came immaculate, which I was shocked at, as I did expect a few scratches. The only thing I wish was better is the battery life, but that's an Apple issue! Very happy!
