The device arrived new and sealed. Apart from the "Apple refurbished" packaging, there was no sign that the device had been used. The iPad and accessories were wrapped in Apple's typical white foil. When I removed the film, I had an intense, tingling, satisfying feeling. Not a single scratch. First order on BackMarket of a refurbished Ipad Pro 12.9 (2018). Perfect condition, delighted with the product after two months of use. iPad pro 2018 - 512GB - Very good condition Product as described, back a bit damaged but screen is fine. Works very well. The battery has been changed so I couldn't follow its state of wear over time, it's not annoying, it's better if it's new. The autonomy is more than correct. The device was delivered in a cardboard box with little protection, the reconditioner seems to trust the delivery people. I had my doubts when I saw the comments about the refurbisher but no worries from my side for the moment. I'm not sure how to use this product, but I'm sure it will be fine: Delivered by DHL, delivery date uncertain but fast delivery and great customer service.
