Super fast delivery. I found the item in excellent condition even though it was supposed to be only "Good". I really can't find any imperfection.Great size, decent battery life and good sensitivity of the screen.

I was actually quite hesitant to buy a refurbished iPad. Never bought a 'refurbished' product before. But I wanted an exact second copy of an iPad I had bought new once in 2020 (partly because of its compatibility with the Smart Keyboard I bought with it at the time). I found it at Back Market. In 'good condition', it said. Not a word of that was untrue. I can't distinguish it from my first - neat - iPad. It works just fine. Battery is in the same condition as my newly bought iPad. It was delivered quickly and neatly packaged. I am very satisfied.

Very happy with this purchase. I have previously purchased a few refurbished items phone, Mac, & now iPad. Great quality and good battery life on all, my first stop shop for tech :-) As a small business, its great to have such a good service when you need it.

Always worried when buying refurbished but ultra fast delivery (a more suitable and protective packaging for this type of purchase would be welcome), two small light impacts (barely visible except for the ultra maniac) quickly forgotten because product arrived in Apple box with accessory, CE logo on the back and icing on the cake received a Wi-Fi + Cellular instead of a simple wifi!? 👍🏽👏

Initially I was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished iPad however I couldn’t be happier with the service from Back Market. Super fast delivery for Christmas…great packaging (box was on a par with Apple packaging) and so far completely delighted with the device and battery life. 12 month warranty also included. A perfect first experience!

Very satisfied with this refurbished iPad. This is my first time buying refurbished, so I made sure to research both Back Market and the seller. It can seem daunting at first as the more research you do, the more mixed messages it can bring. But ultimately I went with the purchase as the website seemed legit. I had selected a "Good" condition product and when it came, the screen was in very good condition, some very minor scratches but hardly visible to the eye. And I have had no internal or software issues so far. The only thing I will say is I have noticed the battery drains only slightly faster, which depending on how much or what you use the tablet for can be a problem, but it also charges fairly normally. Moral to the story, can feel like a dice roll with whether to buy refurbished or not but Back Market so far have seemed reliable, sent me the invoice, sent me speedy emails and notifications. On the sellers part, they delivered a well refurbished product. Would strongly advice to buy the case at the same time to make sure you dont get any further scratches.
