A really fine bit of kit - kudos to the refurbisher! A teensy tinsy issue that occurred was remedied by alert staffers toot sweet. I wouldn’t buy my Apples from anyone else because I know Back Market service is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

After a few weeks of use I can say that the iPad pro 10.5 (2017) works pretty well, the battery is OK, however it has fairly frequent slowdowns where certain clicks are not detected. This is sometimes a bit tiring given that I use it to draw professionally, but I guess you can't expect a refurbished 2017 iPad to work like new 🤷‍♂️ If not, everything else is great, thanks Back Market!

Fast delivery, slightly light packaging (a bubble pack in a cardboard box with little padding). Tablet completely discharged (1%) and screen not cleaned. The battery holds a charge well and the tablet is in good condition. Cable supplied but no mains adaptor, contrary to what was advertised, so I can't give it the highest rating.

ipad pro received 1 day in advance I recommend to people who are still hesitating to order on back Market, from payment to reception everything was perfect. I chose the iPad pro 10.5" 256go in "fair condition" I expected to see scratches and impacts in view of the grade and description made on the site but huge surprise this morning when opening the package, the iPad is really impeccable there is just a micro scratches of less than 1cm on the top of the screen but honestly you have to stick your nose, I had a good karma Black Market ^ ^.
