The package arrived well, fast and the iPad seems to be in very good condition. Super fast delivery, unfortunately wrong colour ipad received however very efficient customer service. Online chat used with a response and resolution within minutes. Offered to exchange, refund or keep the ipad given after confirmation it was similar to the one ordered. Excellent condition of Ipad received for a 'good' product listing. The product arrived fine but unfortunately I had found a better deal on Facebook marketplace. When returning the iPad, it got lost in the post, and I must admit as a first time BackMarket customer, I worried I got scammed. However, the customer service people were so helpful in reassuring me that I would not end up out of pocket. The parcel was returned to me and needed to be posted again with a different service which was not the fault of BackMarket but the shipping company. Very pleased with my purchase! Received in perfect condition, well packaged. Nothing to say about the performance and quality. I ordered and received an iPad Pro 10.5. Delivery was quick and uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged and the tablet was not well protected against transport damage. It was just placed in the box without any protective film or padding. What a pity. The device was visually and technically fine except for an annoying display error (white background spots in the field of vision). It's a pity, really, because otherwise the device was top-notch. The return shipment, the refund and the communication went very well.
