Brilliant as new iPad mini. Very happy chappy!

The device we received was everything we expected it to be, both in terms of performance and condition. It was packaged in its original packaging (Apple Refurbished) and blister-packed. The only drawback is that it's an American charger, so it's not compatible without the adapter supplied with it, which means that the charger takes up a lot of space...

The iPad in "excellent" condition came in the original Apple refurbished box, which was still sealed! It was also not yet activated, so I got the full 12 months warranty directly from Apple!

Arrived 1 day early, product that looks like it was bought at the apple store directly, I mean the sales packaging and everything else, all original, my iPad is French and so it had the French charging socket inside (20W) for those who were wondering, but they added another adapter separately, so that I can use the French charger without having to buy the Italian one and spend more money, the iPad is in perfect condition, not even a scratch, NEW in the true sense of the word, I can't believe it's a refurbished one.. it's NEW! I absolutely recommend BackMarket to everyone, they are serious, fast in shipping and they take care of the products they resell, I will definitely buy from this site again in the future. 5 STARS!

The iPad arrived in excellent condition and worked perfectly from the start. I followed its route from Germany to Sardinia and it arrived on time. I am very pleased and will definitely buy from Back Market again. Besides, it's better for the planet to buy a refurbished product than a new one.

Product arrived in a short time, in excellent condition, fully functional. I cannot comment on the battery life but it is clear that it cannot be equal to a new product . Having failed to get one of my old jack headphones to work with a special usb C adapter I bought a Bluetooth bone conduction headset which set up instantly and worked satisfactorily.
