Customer service/delivery/general appearance excellent. However, 1. It wouldnt accept complete app/data transfer from existing ipad even after repeated attempts. 2. Screen response is erratic and some buffering occurs with certain game apps. This usually happens when playing music or audio book and also trying to play game. I have not returned as I have other tablets and wanted this as a back up.
