Good value, arrived on time - only suggestion would be to add a suitable plug/charger for RoI/UK

I am very satisfied with my purchase, my IPad Air is like new, not a single scratch and works perfectly well! It's my first purchase on backmarket and I won't hesitate to do it again. I always bought new and was afraid to take the reconditioned step, so I'm sorry I didn't realise sooner. It saves a hell of a lot of money!

I had my doubts about refurbished products and preferred new ones. I received the Ipad Air (M2 13 inch 256 GB) on time and very well protected. It works perfectly well and despite two slight, imperceptible scratches it looks as good as new. I'm pleased with the value for money.

I was reluctant to buy refurbished but I took the plunge. The result: - Product delivered quickly, - High quality, in perfect condition. - Very good value for money. In conclusion: I recommend to buy! I can only hope that the after-sales service will also be up to scratch if I have a problem during the warranty period.

The product is phenomenal, it is perfect. No box or original accessories. However the only thing that catches my attention is that when checking the warranty through the Apple website it appears that it is a device purchased in 1978 which makes me doubt its origin.

Fast delivery, the goods came well packaged and correspond to the description, there is a small spot on the back that you can only see if you look very closely, otherwise the device looks like new. The battery has only had one charge cycle. A charger is included, but it is not from apple. It works. I am very satisfied!
