IPad arrived. Like new. No complaints.

Good value, arrived on time - only suggestion would be to add a suitable plug/charger for RoI/UK

Being a refurbished product, I was anxious to see how the iPad looked. As indicated, it was an iPad with slight signs of use but when I received the iPad there was only 1 very light scratch on the back but otherwise it was in new condition. Moreover, the delivery time was very quick and Backmarket communicated well and clearly about the delivery.

I have to say that I was a bit sceptical at first, as it was my first time buying a refurbished product. Once I received my iPad Air 13" M2 I immediately changed my mind. It arrived in the estimated time, packed to perfection (although not in its original packaging). Once I started it up, I immediately realised that what I considered to be a possible purchase error, turned out to be the bargain of the year! Now that I have positively tested Backmarket, I think it will be the first place I will turn to for future purchases.

I am very satisfied with my purchase, my IPad Air is like new, not a single scratch and works perfectly well! It's my first purchase on backmarket and I won't hesitate to do it again. I always bought new and was afraid to take the reconditioned step, so I'm sorry I didn't realise sooner. It saves a hell of a lot of money!

I had my doubts about refurbished products and preferred new ones. I received the Ipad Air (M2 13 inch 256 GB) on time and very well protected. It works perfectly well and despite two slight, imperceptible scratches it looks as good as new. I'm pleased with the value for money.
