I had my doubts about refurbished products and preferred new ones. I received the Ipad Air (M2 13 inch 256 GB) on time and very well protected. It works perfectly well and despite two slight, imperceptible scratches it looks as good as new. I'm pleased with the value for money.

I was reluctant to buy refurbished but I took the plunge. The result: - Product delivered quickly, - High quality, in perfect condition. - Very good value for money. In conclusion: I recommend to buy! I can only hope that the after-sales service will also be up to scratch if I have a problem during the warranty period.

Fast shipping. The iPad is like new (2-3 charge cycles, first use in November 2024, battery at 100% capacity). I had it diagnosed at Apple to reassure me, everything works fine.

This is my first Apple product ever. Tablet is like new. Could just as easily have come from the Apple shop. I don't even realise that it was used. Next up is an iPhone, which I will also buy second-hand.

This iPad was intended as a gift, and the recipient is extremely happy! I, on the other hand, am a little sceptical. I realise that this iPad has already been with someone and therefore doesn't have its original packaging, but a brown box like this isn't exactly appropriate as a gift. Another point of scepticism is the screen; somehow I have the feeling that it's not from Apple. It doesn't have that typical purple Apple sheen, collects a lot of fingerprints and isn't as "slippery" to use. Apart from that, everything fits; the charger more or less made up for the packaging. As an idea for the future, you could perhaps provide the displays with an oleophobic coating.

Good product as described and fast delivery. I am surprised that apple care is no longer active although the device was first used in October 2024. But still a power supply unit included. Gladly again.
