Researched long and hard for the right iPad for me before finally settling for this model. Compared prices at various outlets before finally settling for one refurbished and classed as “excellent” from Back Market at a very competitive price. Communication was excellent, delivery time as promised and the iPad itself is like new, I’m absolutely 100% delighted with my purchase.

More than positive experience. iPad arrived as good as new and also arrived earlier than expected. First time buying a refurbished one and I was thrilled. I was convinced by the seller's positive reviews (which I checked to choose the product). The only flaw is the accessories (charger and cable) which, not being original, the iPad does not recognise them but it's a small thing.

Arrived on time. Well packed. In perfect condition. As it was reconditioned it did not come with the original box or the original charger, but they include a 100% compatible one. Both the battery and the screen are intact. Very pleased.

This is the first time I've bought a refurbished product and I'm delighted to have tried it as this iPad is as good as new. I recommend it to anyone who wants to give it a try. You can go there with your eyes closed.
