This order has been marked as delivered but no goods were delivered, and we notified Backmarket of this. We filled out the forms as requested but no refund has been processed yet. Backmarket are slow to respond and making inadequate efforts to resolve the situation. We are extremely disappointed and concerned that we have been ripped off by this service.

I ordered a refurbished iPad 8th generation, certified in very good condition on Back Market, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The device is as good as new, with no visible scratches or signs of wear. Its screen is impeccable, the battery holds a charge very well, and performance is fluid, whether for browsing, streaming or more demanding applications. The refurbishment was carried out professionally, and the iPad works perfectly, as if it had just come out of the original packaging. Delivery was fast and efficient, which adds to my positive experience with Back Market. The only small point for improvement is that the product packaging could be reinforced for better protection during transport. Despite this, I highly recommend this site for the purchase of quality refurbished products.

I am overall pleased with my purchase! The external body of the iPad that I received was in the condition as described and I am very happy with this, however, the battery health upon receiving the iPad was only at 87% of the original capacity. I purchased this iPad to study on the go so battery capacity is very important to me. I understood that the iPad should arrive in a refurbished and as good as possible condition internally and I did expect this to include a new battery, at the very least. Other than this problem, which is considerable for me, I’m perfectly happy with my purchase.
