Not ideal for today technology or my job!

Quite impressive. My son breaks his phone in East Anglia, the morning he is going on a climbing trip in the north of Scotland. Panic! Find BlackMarket, simple 4G phone order smoothly. The phone arrives the next day!(Ssaturday), in the middle of nowhere >650 miles from home. Impressed. Then a polite email asking if everything is ok Well Done BlackMarket. I hope everyone gets the same high quality treatment

you guys really don't do yourselves any favours with the automated system purporting to be a person. i've just had this 'write us a review, how did everything go' message from 'greg, head of customer happiness'. how it went is, my phone quickly stopped working & i'm in the process of sending it back, which has been made much more tedious than it needed to be by the lack of anyone reading & replying to messages at your end. in order to get in touch with the seller, whose relation to backmarket i still don't understand, i've had to go through a rigmarole of filling in forms, giving wrong information because the option to describe correctly what had gone wrong wasn't there, & neither was the option to carry on without filling anything in, wait for a bit, try again...all punctuated by friendly messages from 'greg' & his no-reply email address...& now, i have got through to an actual person, made the necessary arrangements, & everything is, hopefully, fine, so its not that the system doesn't work. it'd just be so much quicker & more user friendly if you had someone actually reading & replying to messages, it'd also be more expensive in wages, & i can see why you'd choose not to, but pretending theres someone there isn't a good substitute, especially when the automated system isn't really up to the job. that said, i love what you guys are doing, i hate buying new phones, from their universally unethical & polluting manufacturers, & til now i've never known what to do with old knackered ones either, so while backmarket might be a bit of a palaver if anything goes wrong, i'll almost certainly be back. just back here from further on in the review process, to note that, 1, its a bit of a pain in the arse being asked to sign in after you got in touch with me, & 2, in true BM style, i've given my camera a 'meh' rating, because having only had the phone a few days before it packed up, i hadn't used it & have no idea if it worked or not- but i can't say that, & i have to say something! ditto for performance; it was working perfectly...til it wasn't. but how to convey that, with one out of 5 icons?

Quick Delivery & Replacement sent however the first phone had a error message fault within a week and the replacement phone also worked for around a week, it did an update and then wouldn't go past the loading page.
