Huawei MateBook X Pro 13-inch (2018) - Core i7 - Gen 8 (U) - 16GB - SSD 512 GB QWERTY - Swedish

Laptop looks in excellent condition as indicated, however, software-wise it is out of order. Has had a complete harddrive wipe from the copper therefore missing many functions of huawei software and hardware, including the fingerprint scanner. I only got it working after a long search and driver installation. But the worst is the random bluescreens when unfolding the laptop. also, 9/10 times the laptop does not turn on by itself when unfolding. I can't do without a laptop now and don't see a replacement on the site, but I'm sure I'll have to send it back for repair within a year. Also unfortunate that my student receipts keep getting refused and I should have bought it without because I was afraid it would be gone otherwise. Hopefully backmarket can still contact me about student discounts. In addition, the description did not mention that it does not come with an original charger. I hate the fact that I got a generic black charger with a block in between. If backmarket still has an original one I would like to exchange or receive it Another thing I would like to mention is the shabby packaging. I find it miraculous that the laptop is still in this condition after that trip with ups in that packaging. Lying half loose in an oversized box. You could just hear the laptop banging and sliding up and down. I don't know on this is backmarket itself, or a third-party seller, but this really can't be.
