The phone drains very quickly despite low usage and few applications downloaded onto it. For example, the phone had 94% one evening, I switched it off and switched it on again the next morning, 77% . It doesn't last more than half a day, so very poor battery life. I can't use it because I can see the battery draining! Last year, I had a problem with my first order (the phone didn't work with speakerphone...) So that's twice now, so for the moment I'm not convinced by the reconditioned phone. I would like to recommend it again but I will have to be convinced of the effectiveness of your site and your services. I hope to FINALLY find a good phone!

From the other reviews I might be the only one to have had a negative experience but I think that sending a different model from the order and especially with the battery completely unusable and wanting to send the phone back to the customer at their own expense, i.e. 15€, is a reason for most customers to give up given the exaggerated price of 77€ for a 2015 model, but in excellent condition, instead of sending the right model and taking it back with an apology and I certainly wouldn't have made a negative review.
