the mobile is in very good physical condition as specified but does not have all the features of the phone (NFC non-existent for example). Received quickly but date not respected. A bit complicated to organise.

I received the order as expected, packaging in good condition. When I tried it all good except for the battery life, before I had a Huawei P Smart 2019 and the battery lasted me even 2 days of use, and in this model I barely spent the day. Otherwise everything was fine.

Until recently, I was very satisfied with the mobile phone. Unfortunately, there have been small problems for a few weeks now - When typing text, the wrong letters would often appear or a whole line of this character would appear in a single type. and since yesterday a very big problem. - The smartphone makes voice calls and sends photos to saved contacts without being touched. Please let us know how the warranty works so that we can have a functioning smartphone again immediately.

Very satisfied with the smartphone. I already knew it because I had it before. One small downside is that the touch screen sometimes has little bugs. I sometimes have to insist on certain parts of the screen. But overall satisfied
