Huawei P20, super nice device. Bought new in 2018/19. Unfortunately dropped device a few times (too many times). New devices are often a lot bigger and too big for me. Refurbished at Back Market is actually a new device. Fine experience with Back Market.

The phone I bought was in excellent condition. The service is adequate, the registration with BackMarket is a bit tedious, I am glad that they are very scrupulous to avoid problems, but they could simplify the process a bit. It is worth it to bring the equipment back to life.

It's very good, but the battery doesn't last that long. I'm already a customer of yours and it's almost the fifth time I've bought things, but the battery has left me a bit worried! Although everything has always been excellent
