Petit problème avec le transporteur qui avait perdu mon colis: backmarcket a été hyper réactif avec une proposition d'échange ou de remboursement dont j'ai finalement pas eu besoin car le colis a été retrouvé entre temps: SAV au top ! On the phone screen should be otiginal protection film what is instaled from the factory to not be removed newer, when you open phone box first what you see is instruction what say to not remove film from the screen, phone came to me without this film, but i was completely shour that i have this protection and wasn't really pay atention for scratches what was coming from nowhere just keeping phone in pocket but later when i came to phone service to change screen protecrion i find out that it is missing but when i buy phone i havent had any info that screen is not protected anymore, and after 1 month my phone screen died completely. I was open phone for full screen and it just get completely black. So basically i buy damaged phone without knowledge that it is missing really important things what most likely effect screen total damage. And screen recover cost as new phone in backmarket
