The phone is very much in line with the image I had of the phone. Customer service has been excellent. Delivery took far too long. I don't think it's worth advertising such a short delivery time if the reality is quite different.

I had ordered a Mate 20 Pro in good condition from Clevertronic. Therefore, I also expected some clearly visible defects on the device. However, the delivered phone was in absolutely flawless condition except for a single scratch in the frame and some scratches in the display that were only visible in direct sunlight. I was also pleasantly surprised by the excellent battery life of the device, which was comparable to a brand new device. The charger that came with the device was not original, but of course it did its job. Shipping and service also went smoothly and quickly. I can only recommend the supplier and BackMarket and will buy used more often in the future!

I'm pretty happy with it. The only difference to my old phone us that I can't seem to keep pages open and have to keep opening them again if I leave for no more than a few seconds. Maybe I am able to do this but as the phone comes without instructions I'll have to investicate myself somehow.
