Very disappointing, they got the wrong phone. I got an 8x instead of the 9x lite I asked for. The price of an 8x is 130 euros ... the one I bought was 159 euros !!!! intolerable. Not at all serious, especially as on the invoice it says 9X Lite!!! but I went to look in the settings of the phone I received and it says 8X. and of course I will not be reimbursed the difference... very very disappointed. I gave the phone to my brother as a present so I don't want to send it back but it's just not serious! I would at least have liked to have been reimbursed for the difference....

Order received with a non-compatible charger. No foam to protect the phone, just cardboard.
