The charging cable cannot be connected properly, so the mobile phone may not charge. The colleague now has to be very careful! The battery is also no longer really good and the mobile phone has to be charged quite often. Worst of all, no mobile network is possible despite having an intact SIM card. Phone calls work on the Vodafone network but no data exchange is possible, e.g. via VPN. What a pity.
