Surprised because I couldn't figure out how to use the dual sim and so I could only put a SIM CARD in the phone which doesn't help me at all! This is why I bought this phone and it doesn't work. I have been using it for about 1 month now and the battery is already showing signs of weakness and needs to be recharged twice a day. This is my 2nd purchase on BackMarket and my 2nd disappointment. This is my second purchase from BackMarket and my second disappointment, so this is also my last purchase and I will not recommend your shop to anyone, quite the opposite.
