DIRTY NOTEBOOK, LOCKED ACCOUNT, IN VERY BAD CONDITION! The notebook has not been cleaned inside, the fans and internal components are in a WORTHLESS state, dust and white grains everywhere. It is not possible to configure it as it is still logged into Groupe Renault, I've been trying for 2 hours to restart it but it won't let me log out. The body is full of bumps lines and deformations, in this condition it can NOT be worth 500eur!!! I request immediate replacement from another seller with a CLEANED and RESET notebook, it seems the least! I need the computer for my work and now I will be without it until who knows when, I know that BackMarket is not directly responsible but this is just not on. I wait for explanations and return the notebook without having been able to use it even for a few minutes. Outrageous. It looks like a stolen device bought on the black market. I have no words. Now I also have to waste time to return the product and wait for an answer from who knows who. I have been buying refurbished electronics for years now (smartphones, smartwatches, notebooks, household appliances) and this has never happened to me... I totally lose confidence in the system. If a hub like BackMarket gives space to certain sellers I really don't know who to believe anymore. Shameful indeed.
