I can't fault the product, impeccable in appearance and exceptional performance, as if it were a new device.
In addition to this, I had a problem with the delivery of the PC, by a seller and Backmarket refunded me the full amount, so that I could decide whether to make a new purchase or not.
Of course, I made a new purchase and this was finally just an anecdote that delayed the arrival for a few days, but everything was resolved very satisfactorily.
There are several experiences of direct and indirect purchases and I have never had a single problem.
P.S.: I have already received the notification of acceptance of the Renove and I will have the amount in my account shortly.
