Like new, works perfectly

I find my refurbished HP PC very powerful. I work with it every day. I'm proud of it.

I've only used it once so far, but it seems to be in good condition and works very well. It's very practical because the screen tilts in all directions.

As you can see, this isn't the first time I've bought from the Back Market site. And I don't usually have any problems. I bought this PC in "fair condition", so I wasn't expecting anything perfect either. The PC arrived already dirty, it took me a while to scrub the keyboard keys which were soaked in a sticky brown goo. I bought this PC as having a QWERTY keyboard and now I realise that it's actually a QWERTY disguised by stickers on each key to turn it into a QWERTY. The stickers aren't the most pleasant thing to type on, and I'm afraid they'll come off over time. There's a stain on the screen, but it's not very noticeable, so that's fine. The PC wasn't delivered with its original charger, which isn't too bad, but this isn't even the right wattage. The computer requires 45W and the charger supplied is 65W, which is dangerous enough for the battery, but even more so for the user. The sneaky keyboard and charger should have been specified at the time of purchase, because the advert just lies. I won't be going back because I need this PC straight away. But I wouldn't recommend the Kiatoo refurbisher to anyone.

Well, it's good, but the problem is that the buttons for increasing and decreasing the brightness and the sound don't work.
