HP LaserJet Pro M479FDN Color laser

The printer is great. Slight signs of use on the outside, as described :-) Apart from changing the language, everything was pulg and play. Print result as expected. Was totally thrilled that the toner was included.

Printer in excellent condition. I would expect nothing less from Printerre, from whom I have ordered in the past. The only thing that bothers me is that one of the toners is completely empty. So yes, I hear the argument that used toner reduces costs and I'm OK with that. However, I expect a minimum of transparency before delivery so that I can order on my own and have the toner I need to use my printer normally on the day. Oh, and a quick comment following the exchange with the after-sales service. It's a bit of an argument to imply that, because you're an environmentalist, it's normal to accept being 'a bit' swollen for a good cause. Well no =/
