HP 14S-DQ1009NF 14-inch (2020) - Core i3 - Gen 10 (G) - 8GB - SSD 256 GB AZERTY - French

When I received the hp laptop, I realised that it did not correspond to my order. It is an hp laptop whereas I ordered an hp notebook. What's more, the colour doesn't match the description. The keyboard is black when it should be grey. I had serious doubts about whether I was sending the right product. I contacted the seller, who confirmed that it matched my order, even though I had sent a photo of the computer showing hp laptop..... And no reply about the colour error... In short! I strongly advise against using this seller... Or is it back market's fault? I'm thinking of sending my computer back as soon as possible
