Quality is very good. It would be even better if the country-specific conditions were specified at the time of purchase. In our case, it is unfortunately not practical to include a French keyboard with the product. For us, a German customer, this keyboard is immediately sent for recycling. Further use by a company with French roots would also be more efficient in terms of sustainability. Also, a pre-installed WIN 10 in a foreign language can only be changed to another language to a limited extent. At the computer administration level, the languages set during the original pre-installation are permanently retained. This may be a pain if the default setting is English, but with completely foreign languages it is very difficult to make the right selection, e.g. for group rights.

It would be great if the language of the supplied software version was also indicated on the computer offer pages. An operating system in a foreign language is not everyone's cup of tea. It can be changed, but if you don't speak the language it can be difficult. We are still waiting for the invoice for the goods we ordered. In our user account, the invoice field has been labelled "in progress" for a long time. I don't know whether this will become a permanent setting.
