The hp notebook is as stated in an excellent optical condition, but I find the condition of the battery then rather in a heavily used condition. I think that's a bit of a shame because the great condition of the notebook is useless if the notebook is empty after about 2 hours of use. How the experts could be of the opinion that the battery is in order is a great mystery to me personally. It was my first purchase of a refurbished product and next time I will probably go for a new one. The team at backmarket did a good job though, delivery was quicker than expected and there were no problems with the order

Hello. First of all, I think the model is great, it's fast and works well. And if you have a scratch that is visible at a longer distance, no problem, although it is advertised that you can't see anything above a range of 20 cm. But in excellent condition, I expect more than a broken or malfunctioning headphone jack, but what's really wrong is the keyboard. It is illuminated, but the problem is that the letters are not illuminated because apparently the keyboard was reworked (as stated in the invoice) and the illumination was not taken into account. In plain language, this means that I can only see 20% of the letters in the dark, if at all. In summary, I doubt that the condition is excellent. The product runs great but the condition is a bit questionable.
