HP EliteBook 865 G9 16-inch (2022) - Ryzen 5 - 6000 Series (U) - 16GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTZ - German

The notebook makes a good impression. However, I can't set it up. It stops when I connect to the network and wants me to update the drivers. It can't find any drivers on the device itself and I can't access Windows updates because I don't have Internet access. I have also tried to install drivers from another PC using a USB stick. However, the notebook does not recognise the files (regardless of their type). I am now trying to find a solution via HP Service, otherwise I will send the device back for repair. (The company that refurbished the notebook can't help me either). However, this is actually taking too long as I urgently need the device.
