The device is top! Only the customer service has no idea how to set up Win10 properly on the laptop. I was just wondering why the laptop was so slow. I found out that the support didn't set up the system on the M2 SSD as intended, but on the much slower HDD. Well... HDD pulled. Installed Win10 on it and the car ran fast, as it should.
