I bought this laptop in very good condition and it looks like it's new, so there's nothing to say about it in terms of quality and price.

Arrived very quickly, in less than 3 days. It's a great computer for young students. It's not too big, so it fits perfectly in your course bag. It's very responsive. It has black marks on the underside, but nothing serious. I just can't manage to put a password on it, it tells me it's not possible. But apart from that, everything is as described, nothing to complain about.

Hello, I received the appliance I ordered on 02 December 2023. The next day: ¤ the device was switched on. Low battery charge detected (about 10%). ¤ Power on for recharging with adapter supplied. ¤ During this time (recharging under mains power), configure the computer with updates, etc. ¤ Perform the usual checks on the simple items installed. ¤ Following this: waiting for full charge. ¤ Disconnect the computer (appropriate method), then the charger. ¤ At this point, the charge indicator (computer) showed Charge level = 100%. ¤ This appliance has not been used since 09 December, and when it is switched on again, it has the same problems: ¤ Battery capacity problem. ¤ Is it the device(?) ¤ Is it the battery (???) In any case it is not possible for me to use this laptop with peace of mind through Backmarket knowing that portability is associated with ... minimum autonomy. I fully understand that : 1) Backmarket is surfing on the reconditioning business plan and also on the ecological wave. 2)How do you approve reconditioners for your platform??? ¤ What are the criteria?? ¤ I imagine that in the event of a recognised problem (mine for example), you will pass the buck to your service provider. ¤ In any case, you are legally responsible for your business choices. What are your options? A) I return the equipment to you (Free of charge - at your expense) and you reimburse me with interest (to be defined). B) That you send me a new battery free of charge (or maximum 80% used according to advertising and BackMarket ads) - This battery must comply with the manufacturer's and/or supplier's specifications. NB: If I've been able to order equipment from BackMarket for several years (and I'm not the only one), and you've been able to increase your turnover (net results/profits), I don't understand how you check the quality of the offers made to my customers. Orders placed through the Back Market site have lost their reliability and confidence? I'm going to think about it. A positive response is expected to resolve my problem with the battery or the computer. Let the "so-called" specialists give their opinion without delay. However, this is a partial deprivation of enjoyment, since the computer (the subject of the order) is defined as portable and autonomous, with its energy stored in the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer. Computer received promptly but shipped from Portugal (ecologically it could be better). As read in previous reviews, keyboard keys changed to convert to AZERTY. Too bad the new keys are not backlit like the original ones. 2 unobtrusive marks on the screen due to the screen being folded down onto the touchpad buttons. The computer works well, in line with my basic usage. In conclusion, the product is in good condition even though I had paid a price for it to be in excellent condition.
