Arrived on time. Excellent appearance (looks like new) as stated in the description. So far works perfectly. Battery 100%. Very pleased. If it continues like this, I will repeat with reconditioned without hesitation.

It has been my first purchase, I ordered 2 laptops for my children, and both arrived on time and the truth in excellent condition to be reconditioned, as I ordered, except for two details one of them is that the screen has a scratch halfway up, and the other comes without the backlit keyboard, which was a feature of it. Otherwise so far so good, we will keep watching them. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised by the HP EliteBook 840 G5. Its performance is excellent, it boots up fast thanks to the SSD and the 16GB of RAM makes for a smooth experience. Definitely a great buy on Back Market.

The order arrived faster than indicated. The performance of the laptop is very good. I noticed that when I closed the lid, one of the seals was moving a bit. I contacted the seller's technical service and they told me that it will be under warranty in case it goes any further. Anyway, I recommend it as you have to remember that the laptop is reconditioned and it may have a little thing or two.
