Product received quickly. PC well packed, nothing to say. Received by DHL with a great driver. Regarding the PC itself, it is NICKEL! I chose "very good condition" and it's as good as new. I didn't see any scratches or anything else that would affect its appearance. The only downside, as mentioned by other buyers, is that it's a QWERTY converted to an AZERTY, so the backlighting isn't optimal for the changed letters (with stickers). The battery lasts but it's not crazy. But frankly, for just over £300, I'm delighted with my purchase. I'll be back at Back Market!

Good computer, delivered on time, works well, battery lasts almost 2 hours. The product corresponds well to the description. Good value for money. This is apparently a refurbishment of a Bang & Olufsen PC. The only negative point is the 3-part charger: the wide end came with an adapter to make a thin end suitable for the PC and when the PC is on the mains, you can hear faint crackling in the charging cable...

Very satisfied with my EliteBook! HP is very functional, fast and reliable. It starts up quickly, the battery lasts well and the build quality is excellent. Ideal for work and everyday use. No problems to report, everything works perfectly.

Great, I picked up an HP Elitebook in perfect condition. In fact, the PC looks like new, a very good deal for €350 instead of €1600! On the other hand, in my case it's not very serious and I have no regrets despite the price, but the battery is only at 74% of its new capacity, which is still a great performance for these very good range PCs. Even so, Backmarket could tell us what condition it's in. I'll give it a 5 anyway because it doesn't say new and for the price it's more than fair, I don't feel cheated.

Purchased an HP Elitebook in August. Prompt delivery within the timeframe announced. Happy with this purchase. At the beginning of October an unexplained breakdown, the return of the device was very easy and a week later the repaired device was delivered by chronopost. Good information along the way. Back Market and the Grey agency seem very serious to me.

The laptop is in excellent condition (looks like new). I was just surprised by the Belgian keyboard instead of the French one, which can be temporarily annoying for the initial setup. Once the Belgian keyboard is set in Windows, the keys work normally.
