Easier to use than my previous computer, which I also bought from you, in very good condition and very well packaged! My only regret is that my printer does not work in Windows 11 (despite the advice of ChatGPT), so I have to replace it!

despite having made an express exchange because the first had no battery the exchange I had there is only 70% battery instead of 80% for a reconditioned in very good condition. I am still satisfied despite it must be recharged with each use.

Arrived in excellent packaging and in perfect condition apart from minor scratches around power input socket. Windows 11 installed perfectly but I removed it and installed MXLinux 25 which loaded quickly and ran perfectly.

Really pleased with the laptop I purchased. In great condition, better than described on the website. Build quality is great and laptop seems to run pretty well (only had one issue with fans running a bit loud, but that only seems to be if I'm running a video call or something similar).

Everything is perfect except that the language I had was Italian and the keyboard is not in Spanish. A few changes (language and switch to Spanish keyboard but does not have the letter ñ in it and ready. That, to put a downside. Everything is great.
