4.4/5I have bought several refurbished devices in recent years as even expensive brand new ones were breaking down when only 2 years old. They have become like white goods - cheaper to replace with refurbed rather than send to the repairers. I am very pleased with the HP Elite laptop from Back Market I've just bought for a mere £159. I was expecting it to have some cosmetic damage but the appearance is immaculate. It does the job and even if it breaks down in a year or so's time I won't be complaining. 5/5I came across this site by accident and I'm glad I did. 3.6/5I’m sort of happy with my pre-loved HP EliteBook, but not as happy as I thought I would be. When I went through the ‘what I want’ tick box section I ticked the box for fair condition, and the box for Windows 11 compatible. I would consider the overall condition better than ‘fair’ but the fact that on attempting to install windows 11; my current operating platform, I’m politely reminded that my CPU is unable to support Windows 11 is not the outcome I expected.
