HP EliteBook 840 G10 14-inch (2023) - Core i7-1360P - 16GB - SSD 512 GB QWERTY - English

Basically, I am very happy with the purchase. The device runs perfectly. Packaging and dispatch were problem-free. The only thing I'm not completely satisfied with is the external condition of the laptop. I paid a little extra for the "excellent" condition. You can certainly argue about when a condition is excellent, but the laptop has signs of use that are definitely visible from a distance of over 20cm and are not micro-scratches. This doesn't make the laptop any less functional, but it doesn't meet my expectations from the outside. Therefore 4/5.

Well, it could have been better... Probably a small error... for which they wanted to send the laptop back to me to ask about the error again. CO2 technically not a sensible idea. They didn't want to fix the error themselves because they didn't want to use the installed Windows, and instead they would have preferred to send the computer back to me 3 more times. With this nonsense, I could only cancel the purchase contract. But otherwise I would have kept it ;) I would even have fixed the problem myself if they had just sent me the part, but that was probably not possible either. Well, unfortunately that was the end of it.

After only a few days of use, it seems to meet all the specifications indicated. I'm really pleased with it.

Excellent condition, Really pleased. only a coule of small marks and nothing to write home about. MAchine is fast and works great. BAttery seems to hold charge as new. Would highly reccomend them.

The laptop was practically new. the specifications was great but i had to change the SSD for a larger one. (from 256GB to 2TB). the was a small issue, as the keyboard was not English originally, the vendor had erased the letters and reprinted them so they don't feel perfect but they are working flawlessly.

Some security settings were missing. I had to make changes in the BIOS to completely protect the laptop. Otherwise everything as ordered. Unfortunately a bit slow when booting.

Very nice device and works perfectly so far. Looks like new!
