To be honest, I was afraid of buying a refurbished computer and ending up with something wobbly, but I'm very pleasantly surprised! The computer was supposed to be in 'good condition' but the one I received was practically brand new, with no visible scratches. Everything works properly. The delivery was fast (I ordered on Wednesday and received it on Monday) and the product was well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. In short, a top retailer!

I bought this laptop at the end of February 2024 and the delivery was very quick, much sooner than expected.I have been using the laptop for nearly two months now and everything works perfectly.I bought it in good condition but it is like new in perfect condition,no scratches, no signs of wear or use, everything is absolutely perfect!!!. I would 100% recommend Backmarket and will definitely be back to buy something else. So carry on,buy from them what you need,don't do it worry or have any doubts😊

Its old compared to what i expected but functions alright so far. So i will give my concrete review after 3 months

I bought it and it arrived in super clean cardboard packaging with no scratches but I'm a bit disappointed. I would have liked to have had a note in the box 😂 but it was just the box with the backmarket inscription, the pc in bubble wrap and the charger. But hey, I don't regret it at all!
