The laptop arrived in excellent condition, just as advertised. It came with Windows 10 Home pre-installed, so no separate activation was required. The laptop is fast and comfortable to work with. The battery life was sufficient for about 4 hours of internet browsing with an average screen brightness. I am very happy with my purchase!

Very good! Order received in advance, I'm waiting to see if it works well (I think the screen can make connect mine does not), like new apart from a few scratches on the top and bottom.

I waited one month to give my opinion, for the state of the computer I received it in VERY GOOD CONDITION no raillure, after for the battery it holds max 4h but charges rather quickly in meme not one hour. Value for money: very satisfied

Fast delivery, well packaged, works very well to date. Like new, no scratches. However, the touchpad sinks in a little when I press on it, and has a slight offset with the chassis.

The device lived up to our expectations, really surprised us with its external cleanliness ! A daughter-daughter study tool has a reasonable expectation for the use of its technology. Mainly in the study work that is about to start, the use of the device will show its claws ! Getting the device here to Porvoo from the transport company's warehouse at the airport was a problem, which was eventually solved. Both the delivery process and the product convinced me. The only thing I think should be improved is the packaging of the product.

Great quality and performance as expected. As you'd expect with any refurbished device, the battery isn't perfect but it does the job.
