So far so good, delivery was quite fast, and the condition is very nice, the laptop is functioning perfectly so far.

I am absolutely not satisfied with my purchase on this platform. The product I received did not conform to the description (RAM different from that indicated). At first I was refused a refund, then finally I was offered a so-called compensation of €50. In the end, this amount turned out to be just €48.20. I find this unacceptable: not only did the seller make a mistake, but the way they dealt with the problem was far from professional. For me, this is not a commercial gesture, but a way of minimising their responsibilities. I strongly advise against buying on this platform. If I could have given it less than one star, I would have done so.
