Device arrived genuinely awful, multiple visible scratch marks on the top, a dysfunctional mousepad that didn’t register anything nor show a cursor on screen and no individual setup or customisation screen when I switched the laptop on. Added to which ordered the laptop in ‘excellent condition’, yet it appeared in a box too large with no protective casing inside (no wonder its damaged).
