Device arrived in the manner and timeframe described. Packaging can be improved as there is no real packaging. The device, at first glance, is in excellent condition. No scratches either on the body or on the display. We'll test it for a few days and see how it goes on the software level

Very good phone but I received them in blue instead of gold knowing that gold is more expensive than blue.

I don't have the device I got a refund because the order didn't arrive.

I highly recommend back market, I received my phone on time, the phone is functional and above all the price was fair. However the small disappointment is the cleaning of the phone. I don't know if it is included in the reconditioning but you can feel that the phone belonged to someone (dirt in the grooves)... The laptop looks very clean, but I'm very disappointed by the way it handles. It is very slow and obsolete for certain uses. Each use is very complicated because of its slowness. I am very disappointed and will have to buy another phone that is more practical.

I bought this phone as a back-up, just in case, and now I need it and the battery suddenly dies, even though I've never used it, so I guess it's dead. I'm disgusted :-(
