very poor service. i want to return a hardonkarman speaker but their shipping label is not valid in NL. now see how you send it back. I bought an 11.50 DHL label myself. it's all very nice that it's refurbished but in the end it's just as expensive as new.

Order received very quickly in perfect packaging, the speaker is in new condition and works perfectly. Everything looks great!

ATTENTION! The product sold to you does not contain its original base charger which limits the charging time and functionality of the product. It is sold with a 5v adapter and c-cable. This way the speaker does not deliver full power when plugged in and takes a very long time to charge. That charging option was created as occasional by the brand. I don't give it one star because the product works but it's a fundamental part of the speaker and they don't even warn you that it won't hold it... but well, I'll let you know.
