Great phone and just like new

AMAZING PHONE!!! I got a black pixel 8A for £299 and it is AWESOME. I got standard shipping and it arrived two days after I ordered it. The package was VERY secure and safe, I chose "good" quality and the phone is absolutely spotless. Thank you back market! I searched up which was the most trustworthy refurbished phone website and this one checked all the marks. Couldn't thank you guys more for this very lovely phone. Definitely recommend anyone to use this website. Thanks :)

Visually, the phone looks like new and works almost perfectly. There's just a slight lack of sensitivity on the touch screen. But these are the risks of reconditioning. Nevertheless, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Seamless throughout, phone as described. In fact better than described. Even a friend couldn't believe it was refurbished. Will be buying from back market again.

So happy with my new phone! I got the 'excellent' grade and there's not a mark on it. Feels and looks brand new. This is the second phone I've bought on back market and I will always come back here for a new phone because you cannot beat the price and fantastic service!

My new phone arrived quickly and it has been great. Battery is really good compared to my previous phone (5 years old), I got £95 back so the overall cost was a fraction of a new phone and it is just as good. It looks brand new and I am really impressed with this company overall and would use it again. My husband and brother have also bought "new" second hand phones from here and they have also been very impressed. My feedback would be to ensure the phone is factory reset on arrival so it is not difficult to start the set up (it arrived with settings in Chinese so I had to youtube where to find the right settings to reset it so I could set it to English!) and that in the return process for old phones there to be a section for feedback on battery. I knew my battery life on my old phone would not be suitable for getting the money I was originally offered but there was no question about battery for me to share that information with the company. They sent a new quote after receiving the phone which was very quick and fine, but it would be a more accurate quote if I could submit something about it when doing the initial estimate so I knew how much I might get.
