I had been looking for one that was advertised as 'Excellent Condition' but the only one available with the memory size I wanted, was 'Good condition'. I decided to chance it. In my view it is Excellent - no marks on the external areas, and so far, the operation is great. I had to get used to subtle changes as I have not had a Google Pixel handset before, but it meeting all my expections, easy, clear, great sound quality, fabulous camera. Yep, I am very happy.

The phone itself was unimpeachable ‒ and at 'very good condition' it was hard to tell it was not new. So the main offering gets full marks. The extras had a little room for improvement though: the charging cable was low quality, and the other cable adapters supplied with the original phone were not included ‒ those would have been good to have.

Great phone, it certainly was in fair condition, in fact we can't see a mark anywhere! So to us it is excellent. Absolutely no problems and it arrived early! Great service. I'm fact I've used Back Market 3 times now because they are great!

Bonjour, Merci pour l'envoi rapide. Je suis un peu déçue, le téléphone est un peu abîmé sur le coin en haut à droite mais ce n'est pas si grave.... Ce qui me gène plus, c'est que je ne peux pas faire fonctionner le déverrouillage du téléphone et des applis par empreinte digitale. Est ce normal ? Merci pour votre réponse Cordialement Sandrine
