Once again, I regret not being able to rate the seller (REMARKET) separately from the device (Pixel 3 XL). The well-functioning phone does not correspond to its "as new" grade but rather to "fair condition". A huge 'POC' on the top left corner, lots of small spots/misses on the back glass that will never go away, and a significant scratch in the worst possible place: the camera lens. On a Pixel, that's no mean feat. For me, that's enough to warrant a minimum score. This experience reminds me that Backmarket is just another marketplace. You buy your device from a seller (in this case REMARKET) and the nice little Backmarket team has never had it in their hands. In other words, the seller can send you whatever he likes, without it even remotely complying with the very strict standards Backmarket has supposedly set itself. And the pleasant surprise is for you! BM will have no problem assisting you with a refund or exchange, but it's already too late: the experience has been ruined. This is my third misadventure with backmarket. I've had a dead pixel in the slab (which is strictly forbidden in any condition), a 64GB sent instead of a 128GB, and now a 'correct condition' trying to ...
