Very happy with my iPhone! The quality was indeed excellent, and once I put a new case on, you would be none the wiser with knowing it is actually a second hand phone. I chose a new battery and can confirm it is at 100% as seen on the battery health settings. As mentioned in the listing, the phone came with a USB-C charging cable. It also came with a basic case and there was already a screen protector on the iPhone, both things which were greatly appreciated. I wasn't aware these would be included, so I had separately purchased myself a case as well as a screen protector. If these are always included, it would be worth mentioning these on the listing, as it may both incentivise customers to go ahead with their order as well as also saving them money. Thank you!

I was a bit sceptical ordering from a site second hand but I read reviews and decided to just send it. I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived on the Monday morning so the delivery was quick. Everything about the phone makes me believe that I had just gotten in new out of Apple, the camera is amazing, no scratches or blunt edges, the phone was in pristine condition.
