My Samsung tablet arrived in pristine condition. I'm yet to say I'm fully happy with th battery life. But seeing it is refurbished, it seems adequate for my current needs. BackMarket is a fantastic company with outstanding customer service! I'm thankful for their existence😁🙏🎉 and long may they live!

The device was brand new and I have nothing but positives to say about the service and the device. I have used Back Market now many times and I have never been disappointed. I shall definitely use again.

The tablet cannot be configured in Europe, so I had to configure the tablet by choosing only one of the Middle Eastern countries. No other choice was available. I don't know if this will cause any problems in the future.

Quick tracked delivery. Tablet condition was as described except it was missing the stylus. All the pictures and descriptions showed stylus but opening the package it was nowhere to be seen. Customer service was really good and resolved the issue quickly. Tablet all set up and working perfectly with no operating issues.

Perfectly as usual. It really saved me since it is exam season. Works perfectly, although the box it came in was so ugly and destroyed but I will let it slide given the product works fine and all parts were great.

I must admit that I was surprised, as I'm always afraid of refurbished products, but I'm very satisfied with this tablet. At the outset, I wanted a larger tablet, unfortunately, I was not in my budget, in any case I have another purchase to make once, I finish the payment, bravo for what you do, you are the best.
