English This is my first experience with back market, and after receiving my s tab 8+, I felt like I had to leave a comment (which I don't do, even when I'm happy with my purchase). I found a deal for the 256gb, wifi and 5g model, in what was labeled "Perfect condition". all of this was for 362€. Models that were in poorer condition were around 700+€. I didn't understand but I was willing to test it out. The refurbisher NLR stated that there was a chance of scratches on the screen and body, but they come with a charger and s pen. I still don't understand, but words cannot express how satisfied I am with the deal I found, and the quality of the refurbishment, and the accessories (fast charger, s pen works perfectly). If I could share photos, I would, as I found absolutely no scratches. I still don't understand, but words can't express how pleased I am with this offer, the quality of the refurbishment, and the accessories (fast charger, S Pen that works perfectly).

I don't have the feeling that it is a reconditioned tablet. I received a complete box with the tablet, the pen, the charger, even with the protectors as if it were all brand new. I am very surprised after several weeks I know that I will use the website again to buy refurbished products.

The outside is perfect. The screen and the casing. It doesn't look like it's second-hand. The operating system too. It's true that it had to be updated 6 times, but once it was done, it works great. It totally meets my expectations without having to invest twice as much money in a new model.

It is very nice. I didn't expect it to be new and unused. I am satisfied with the product.
