Bought the device for my son, couldn't afford full price and found Back market. Parcel arrived really well packaged and you wouldn't know the device has ever been used before. It's made a little boy very happy, zero lag experiences and tonnes of features. We're made up and definitely will be purchasing more refurbished devices instead of brand new going forwards.

Purchased our first tablet through BackMarket. Received pretty quickly and safely. Once out of the packaging you wouldn't say it's a refurbed device; comes across as new so that's nice! Plus, you don't pay top dollar and you do your bit for a more sustainable environment, what more could you want? For our next purchases, we are definitely thinking again about refurbished websites like BackMarket.

I was a little bit skeptical, as I had bought refurbished devices previously and had bad experiences with the quality, mind you from a different site. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, the device has no signs of use and I was glad to see the stylus provided with it also. It was well packed in a generic box and massive bubble bags. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 256GB WiFi + 5G. The tablet itself works, but the original S Pen was missing from the box. This was very disappointing, because this model is normally associated with the S Pen, and the product presentation created the expectation that it would be included. The tablet was also intended as a gift, so the situation was even more inconvenient. I contacted Back Market support and asked for a practical solution: either to send the compatible original S Pen or to provide partial compensation. Unfortunately, they refused and only offered a 5% discount code for a future purchase, which does not solve the issue with this order. Returning the device was not a realistic option anymore, because it had already been fully configured, updated, transferred with personal data and prepared as a gift. Overall, I am disappointed with how this was handled. The device is usable, but the missing accessory and the lack of a fair solution made the experience much worse.
